[My team] helped me stay strong and stay true to the program when I did not want to.

In the beginning,

to realize that this would

require work on my part

was daunting and intimidating,

and there were times

where I wanted to quit.

I wanted to quit, but

Doctor Santana

and her team were so supportive.

They were strength

when I didn't have any.

They prepared me.

It's like you're going to have

these thoughts,

you're going

to have these feelings, but

they motivated me

to stick through it

because the end result

is worth it.

You are worth it at the end.

The person that you have

the potential to be is worth it.

So you have to stick

through for yourself.

Every single session,

they helped me stay strong

and stay true to the program

when I did not want to.
